The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources Area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Operation Manager.
Role Title: Operation Manager
Report to: General Sales Manager
Location: Tirana, Albania
Duties include:
• Develops and implements production strategies to maximizes all available
resources to maintain production cost, delivery time and quality
• Is in charge of the installation and withdrawal process of the coolers
• Monitors and implements strategies.
• Develop accurate long-term and short-term financial objectives
• Handle and manage sale points complaints
• Preparing technical reports
Requirements of the role:
• University degree in Economy
• 2 years of previous experience
• Experienced in the use of MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
Skills:
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Analytical skills, flexible, results oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
