The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Retail Warehouse Manager.
Primary purpose of the role:
As a Warehouse Manager you will have a strategic role and deal with planning, coordinating, administration and general management issues, which include the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing work.
Duties include:
• planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and
dispatch of goods;
• overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming items;
• having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and
how the warehouse contributes to these;
• coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where
utilized;
• responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and
telephone;
• keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory
accuracy;
• planning future capacity requirements;
• organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring
staff performance and progress;
• motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce
to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded;
• producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis;
• visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
• maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the
work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals
and food are stored safely;
Requirements of the role:
• Education in a commercial, financial, or business related field is crucial
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
• 2-5 years of previous experience in Retail Logistic
• 24-28 years old
Skills:

• comprehensive knowledge about the industry
• efficient presentation and communication skills
• the capacity to adequately handle work stress
• the capacity to meet project deadlines
