Aleat Sh.p.k., is an Albanian Joint Venture company of Morpho (previously Sagem Sécurité) and the Albanian - American Enterprise Fund (AAEF).
For our organization we are looking for a:

Marketing Assistant M/F​

SUMMARY

Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Manager in writing reports and analyzing data.
• Compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
• Updates different databases by inputting data; distributing reports.
• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling different analyses as requested.
• Prepares mailers and brochures by assembling content for printing materials and internet publications.
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Arranging promotional events.
• Assessing the results of a marketing campaign.
• Preparing materials for planning meetings, take minutes as required.
• Contributing to the project plan and preparation of checklists.
• Internal communication and diary co-ordination.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, preferably in marketing & sales field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of English language verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Detailed person and have accuracy in data reporting.
• Serious and correct behavior.
• Energetic and dynamic person.
• Availability to work overtime and under pressure.
• Analyzing, data entry & presentation skills.
• Self-Development.
• Possess a Driving License.
