[FONT=&quot]A new ambitious, dynamic company operating in the field of telecommunications is looking for an active new member of staff. The potential candidate will be responsible of the following:


Duties and responsibilities[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Coordinate with our marketing and communication agency;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure that advertising campaigns comply with laws, company policy and taste of target market;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop brand portfolios based on the company business objectives and strategies;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop strategies for marketing the company considering the nature of the market, cost as well as the company’s policy;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Act as human resources officer as far as the marketing and sales department is concerned;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop and manage the marketing team;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Draw and implement the company’s marketing operations budget;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure good communication with company partners and consultants;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop marketing campaign strategies;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Liaise with different media and agree on advertising formats;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop an effective client/partner contact system;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal and external communications of the company[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Develop and manage a marketing database;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform public relations functions;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Target prospective partners and maintain good relations with existing ones;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Search for new sales and marketing opportunities;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Suggest and develop product promotion strategies;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Produce periodic sales and marketing reports;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Set and meet sales targets;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Maintain accurate contact information on partners;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Communicate special requests by partners to management;[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform any other tasks required in the ordinary course of the company’s business.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES:[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]University degree or equivalent in Business Administration.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing, in leadership positions.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent knowledge of English – written and verbal. Any other language would be an asset.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Background on telecommunication/media/marketing[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent team-building and marketing skills[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to influence a team without formal authority and to work independently or as a team member[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
