Job Title: Retail Loan Officer

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin of Group, is currently seeking to hire a dynamic, proactive and motivated candidate to join Loan Administration Department in the position of Retail Loan Officer.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting and preparing all the documents after the loan is being approved up to disbursement;
- Receives the necessary documentation from branches, in order to prepare the respective drafts contract.
- Prepares drafts of the contract as per approval terms and conditions and finalizes them in cooperation with Legal Department.
- Before the disbursement, completes the file with the requested documents as per approval.
- Set up the credit files according to the standards approved
- Prepares the Borrowers Position for disbursement or informative purpose.
- Make all records in the systems offered by bank, according to the manuals, procedures in force or instructions.
- Is responsible for the renewal of the insurance policies.
- Repayment of the loans as per branch’s request
- Disbursement & Maintenance of the Credit files.
- Is responsible for strict implementation of the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Any other duty that is delegated to the employee by supervisor
Required experience:
- Working experience in Retail Lending Processes in the Bank.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (word, excel).
Required education:
- University degree in Economics, preferably in Finance;
- Excellent knowledge in English language.
Required competencies / skills:
- Very good communication skills with colleagues;
- Capability to work in a team, under pressure and eager to learn;
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure;
- Ability to perform other duties of the department, when needed.
