TIA (Tirana International Airport) on behalf of TGA, is seeking to hire :

Warehouse Manager

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)

  • Responsible to develop & implement policies and procedures related to the management of Wizz Air Warehouse
    and ensures the implementation of terms and conditions of contract.
  • Responsible to ensure coordination and collaboration between operational staff and finance department.
  • Responsible to frequently report data and key processes to the company management.
  • Responsible to ensure communication and cooperation with local suppliers,
    ensure contractual agreements offer optimal and efficient conditions for the Warehouse.
  • Responsible to monitor the correct application of purchase and sale prices for foreign and domestic products.
  • Performs monthly checks on the level of sales and purchases and communicates with the warehouse team about the frequency of orders.
  • Performs periodic checks on the store's stock, expired or near-expiry products,
    menu changes and takes corrective measures to minimize differences in inventory, expiration dates and correct invoicing.
  • Monitors and communicates with the finance department about supplier payments, revenues and warehouse liquidity.
  • Monitors and communicates with the finance department about relations with state institutions and customs,
    for the Warehouse obligations and responsibilities.
  • Responsible to participate on the recruitment process, to orientate, motivate and to train warehouse team.
Requirements of the position:
  • Adept at Microsoft Office software;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Upper intermediate level of English language;
  • Ability to work under stress and respond to emergencies;
  • Committed to providing a high standard of service;
  • Available to work in 3 shifts.
