Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage delivery logistics
and act as an intermediary between various departments. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the logistics of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
Serve as a central hub between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize the delivery process.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize various software tools to manage logistics operations and generate reports.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
