Balkan Interactive Group is excited to announce that we are hiring a Finance Specialist, responsible for accounting and fiscal management duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts invoicing, auditing, purchasing, payroll;
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare related deposits, invoices, payments, work sheets, cash balances, proofs, and schedules;
• Analyze data and prepare periodic and annual expenditure, revenue, and budget projections and reports; a
• Evaluate standard fiscal transactions, procedures, and practices and determine appropriate action; recommend
  and assist in implementing new or revised systems and procedures; maintain records; create reports;
• Analyze and review the local laws, regulations, fiscal policies, and procedures in order to ensure compliance;
  conduct analysis on best practices and trends and formulate recommendations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and reporting;
• Degree in finance, accounting or related areas;
• Very good knowledge in statutory accounting and taxation;
• Advanced skills in Excel;
• Fluent English, including accounting terminology;
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, ability to keep deadlines;
• Flexibility, good communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
