AFTER SALES MANAGER
(Workshop Manager)

We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading international company operating successfully in Albania, to fill the After Sales Manager vacancy as per specifications below:

Role Purpose:

The After Sales Manager shall ensure that the Company is presented as the best car service provider in the territory of Albania, ensuring high client satisfaction through top service quality, while exploring new market potential and enabling the Sales Department to utilize the customer’s satisfaction with the service provided to generate sales.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Setting the targets for service in Albania and continuous monitoring
    of the attainment of the goals set.
  • Further developing the task-oriented organization (staff, premises,
    and technical equipment), task-oriented processes (vehicle throughput, parts supply) and a task-oriented information structure (covering all staff, across all departments).
  • Meeting the quality standards as the basis for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Updating and analyzing of customer and competitor behaviors in the service market.
  • Developing strategies in order to increase service market shares-both as a proportion of servicing and repair hours and as proportionate over-the-counter revenue
  • Managing the After Sales Department (workshop, spare parts and warranties) and ensuring a good level of cooperation with other departments.
  • Continuous adaptation of the organization to the changing needs of the Service market.
Profile Requirements:

  • Experienced After Sales professional with engineering background
  • 5+ years of successful management experience in related fields
  • Passion for cars
  • Customer orientation
  • Strategic thinking and proactive working
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and/or German.
  • Valid Driving License
