Webmaster and I Level Application Support Specialist

Job Definition
The main role of this position is to maintain the bank website and to follow I Level Application support.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • First Level Support for Bank Applications.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance,
  • Update website content,
  • Record/ update documentation in system.

Minimum qualification and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology fields.
  • Knowledge of web analytics, SQL, JavaScript, HTML 5 is preferred
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Team player and very good communication skills
  • Very detailed-oriented
  • Experienced as a Webmaster is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relative IT fields.
