[FONT=&quot]We are seeking to recruit[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: Branch Manager in Vlora[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Develop commercial activities for the Retail Segment (Individuals, Professionals and SBEs) in the respective operating environment and ensures[/FONT][FONT=&quot] branch[/FONT][FONT=&quot] target [/FONT][FONT=&quot]fulfillment[/FONT][FONT=&quot] within the approved budget [/FONT][FONT=&quot]by [/FONT][FONT=&quot]closely [/FONT][FONT=&quot]monitoring, evaluating the branches results based in internal and[/FONT][FONT=&quot] external regulatory fr[/FONT][FONT=&quot]amework and efficient people management.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Direct Reports to[/FONT][FONT=&quot]: South Regional Manager[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Establish and maintain tied relationships with target clientele. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Develop new business opportunities with the existing one.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensure timely and adequate products and services to the targeted clientele[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensure appropriate management of the activities of the Branch.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensure effective control over the activities of the Branch in comply with the Bank policies. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ensure proper customer care by personnel in charge.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Analyses the market development in all relevant segments.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Management of branch staff[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The ideal Candidates should have[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Business sense and understanding of financial activities [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Decision making and problem solving[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]People management and interpersonal skills[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Criteria to be fulfilled:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]University degree in Economics and related fields [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Preferably banking experience in a relevant position (minimum 1years)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Prior experiences in managerial position( at least 2 years) in financial institutions[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Capability and willingness to take responsibilities[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Excellent written and communication English skills[/FONT]
