Workplace Support Specialist


Duties


  • [*=left]Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software.
    [*=left]Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
    [*=left]On site and remote support according to specific case.
    [*=left]Should be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction.

Skills


  • [*=left]Knowledge of Windows based operating systems, server configuration, and integration
    [*=left]Commitment to excellence and high standards
    [*=left]Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
    [*=left]Excellent oral and written communication skills
