Trade Marketing Manager

• Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy according to the policies and strategies of CCBS to achieve defined business objectives for all product categories.
• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence of the product in the market.
• Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
• Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.

Skills and qualifications:

• University Degree in Economics for Marketing or Business Administration.
• Master degree in Advanced Marketing would be considered an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a competitive Marketing environment and/or Trade Marketing and/or Sales
• Strong skills of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising, promotion, sales and partnerships.
• Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
• ·Driving license
