CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

TEAM COORDINATOR​

in Production Department​

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow and control the shift production activities and supervising the production process in cooperation with quality control sector.
• Ensuring the effective management of production lines.
• Keeps record of all the inventory materials that are essential for the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that the company policies are followed during all the procedures.
• Ensure that all the safety guidelines in the manufacturing process are being followed by the employees, and oversees safety and environments standards.
• Proving trainings the new employees in the manufacturing process and handling of the equipment.
• Coordinates the maintenance team of shift in case of needs Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates

Skills and qualifications:

• University Degree in Maintenance Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Electronic Engineer
• At least 4 years of similar work experience
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Ability to motivate co-workers and others
• Ability to behave decisively
• Patient and with self-confidence.
• Ability to work in crises and willingness to work with three shifts
• Very good knowledge of Italian or/and English
• Very good knowledge of Ms Office package especially in Excel program
