Responsibilities:
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana][FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Development, coordination and monitoring of assigned projects as "Intermediation of Insurance and Reinsurance Services " by coordinating internal and external organization of this process. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Following the legal and regular instructions by Regulatory Authorities as Financial Supervisory Authority related with Intermediation in Insurance and Reinsurance Services. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Study and analysis of Insurance Market, the role and market position of BKT related with other banks in Insurance Markets, and present the recommendations to the Department Manager. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Supporting the implementation of Online Sales for the relevant Products in collaboration with other Departments involved. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Proposal, preparation of marketing instruments according to the assigned projects and interaction with other departments for realization of Marketing Campaigns based on target groups aimed by BKT. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Preparing the model, testing, coordinating the process of Retail Customer Segmentation based on financial and demographic potential and evaluating of retail customer potential in the future. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Periodically monitoring Retail Segmentation results and present to Manager Department the main conclusions. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Proposal, preparation of Retail Packages, providing much more values for customers and measuring the Bank Profitability. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Proposal, preparation and monitoring of the Marketing Campaign according to bank priorities. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-To prepare and update instructions / manuals, characteristics, contracts and other documents related to assigned services in cooperation with other involved units [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Supporting the branches in training staff related to assigned activities and other duties managed by CRM and LP Department. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-Perform other responsibilities or specific duties assigned by Department Manager and/or Group Head within the scope of CRM and Liability Products Department. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-To possess the qualifications required by internal regulations. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana,Verdana]-To have good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. [/FONT]
