• Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvements of the following Directory Services, Active Directory Services, including authentication and user profiling, Exchange Email System Services, including Outlook, OWA, Active Data Sync services.
• Recommend new technologies / solutions to improve existing infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Right Management Services, File Server Services
• Responsible for the continuality and availability of directory services on Disaster Recovery Center.
• Performance Server Monitoring, ensuring that all the Directory Servers are healthy and available on all times.
• Monitors server utilization and gathers trend data for reporting as well as capacity planning purposes.
• Backup & Restore Services for applications and Bank Files
• Perform scheduled backup on disk and tape of bank reports, bank files data, user’s data and VMware machines.
• Development and maintenance of policies, procedures and documentation for use of directory services facilities and then ensures implementation.
• Provide second or third level troubleshooting and maintenance for end user services accessibility, like PC, active directory account, email, internet, file access or other issues.
• Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
• Follow up on pending requests made by the business units or end users.
• Performs other duties given by the superiors.

[FONT="]Requirements
• A minimum of 5-year experience as Windows System Administrator.
• Very good knowledge and hands on experience with System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience with Active Directory Services, Exchange Server, Office365.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Azure Products
• Knowledge in MS SQL server, FTP Services.
• Experience with Backup solutions, VEEAM, Veritas or other.
• Basic understanding of networking and knowledge of network protocols, IPv4, VLANs, DNS etc.
• Be able to work overtime as the job requires so.
