EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an International company exclusive brand lecensee, engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing Philips branded TV sets, is currently recruiting a Sales Representative for Albania.

Essential Responsibilities:


  1. Increase the distribution network and update the database of potential customers;
  2. Develop brand visibility at all points of sale;
  3. Product training and motivating people from stores;
  4. Organizing and monitoring promotions & Support the organization of special events (i.e. Dealer day);
  5. Increase number of retail outlets;
  6. Regular information on key market research points, pricing policies, competitors, monitoring market price levels etc.;
  7. Regular visits to existing and potential wholesalers/distributors for updates or presentations on Philips products and acting as a communication channel between distributors and the company;
  8. Submission of weekly reports;

Requirements for this position are:


  • University Degree;
  • Previous work experience in sale; (Retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Fluent in English (MUST);
  • Excellent communication, competent to manage a wide range of tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and strong professional ethics;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Proactive and result oriented;
  • Driving License(Category B) & ability to travel (MUST).
