Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
Meet and exceed KPIs
Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Solve problems for customers or partners by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Work with internal departments to engage audiences and clients more deeply
Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report and weekly sales meetings
Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer information
Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
