On behalf of our client, we are looking for a potential candidate for the position of: Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager
General Summary: Manages sales of the company’s products and services on the whole/entire territory of Albania. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
• Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Develop a good understanding of customer requirements, and develop a customer specific strategy to meet these needs.
• Achieve the set target goals
• Following the market trends and reporting them to management, along with proposals on how to fulfill any new market requirements.
• Assisting management in pricing development.
• Create strong relationships with key customers to ensure a perception of strong customer focus and responsiveness to drive Customer satisfaction to the highest level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree in business studies is preferred; and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Problem-solving and analytic skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid driver’s license
