NBG Bank, the leading financial – banking institution in South Eastern Europe is seeking professionals in the position of:


Retail Sales Manager - Fier Branch
Duties:

  • Is responsible for the sales and effective promotion of all retail products and services to existing and new (potential) customers and thus for the budget / target achievement related to retail customers.
  • Supervises and controls systematically the Branch retail activities and monitors, on a daily basis, the sales targets.
  • Organizes daily operations and staffing in her/his area of responsibility and ensures that retail customers are served in a timely and efficient manner according to the Bank standards.
  • Attracts new customers, establishes business relations with current and new customers and provides services tosignificant customers.
  • Reviews and controls daily activity reports, as well as all documents issued by subordinate employees.
  • Ensures transaction security by approving retail customer transactions within her/his level of authority.
  • Solves any issue that may occur for the enhancement of the retail customers’ level of satisfaction and loyalty towards the Bank.
  • Ensures that her/his knowledge is up to date with regards to the various operations, processes, controls, IT and accounting systems which relate to her/his area of responsibility and enable the branch to function in a safe and sound manner.
Requirements:

· At least3 years of relevant experience
· University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
· Knowledge of the English language
· Knowledge of Branch Network operations,
· very good knowledge of the retail banking market,
· PCLiteracy, as well as specialised trainings and professional qualifications / certificates required according to the local regulatory framework
