Are you ready to take your career to the next level? The Rogner Hotel Tirana gives you an once in a lifetime opportunity to train, learn, and grow, within our organization. Our innovative team is looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to fulfill the Reservation Manager position.

Essential Job Requirement and Functions:

• Actively sell the hotel rooms and its services, always looking for new opportunities and ensure guest rooms are sold in a manner which maximizes guest satisfaction, hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Fully understand all reservations procedures, develop and improve procedures whenever necessary.
• Have good knowledge of a Reservations Software (Fidelio, Opera, etc). Administer room parameters in the system and regularly monitor rooms availability
• Have good knowledge of online booking systems. Control total bookings status and overbooking of the hotel
• Ensure that all correspondence (emails, faxes, letters) are answered in a timely matter
• Effectively control Reservation Assistant to ensure reservations are handled correctly
• Determine actions for guaranteed no-show billing
• Very good Command of the Albanian and English language; any other languages (especially German and Italian) are definitely an advantage
• Ensure that the hotels hospitality standards are adhered at all time in the department.
