JOB POSITION – Project Manager
Country: Albania
Location: Tirane
1. Purpose of the Position
Manages the project cycle phases, scope and delivery time of the project, ensuring the availability of the resources necessary for the correct and timely execution of the tasks.
Operationally monitor and manage the project budget forecasts.
2. Key responsibilities
- Planning and developing the project idea including planning and organizing all phases of the projects.
- Establishing deadlines and monitoring the progress of the project by managing all phases of the project assuring the necessary methodology frame, tools and documentation.
- Managing the financial resources of the project.
- Developing and leading the dedicated project Team.
- Coordinating project activities during all project stages and controlling project schedule, timeline and budget.
- Coordinate the project activities with internal and external vendors and assure awareness of the relevant Stakeholders and business functions.
- Identifying the opportunities, managing risks and problems during all phases of the project. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
- Communicating with the involved parties and giving feedback upon the project progress and resolution of problems that occurred, ensuring satisfaction with Stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering project documentation such as proposals, project charters, project schedules, presentations, weekly project status reports, etc.
- Responsible for the performance evaluation of the project by keeping actual project status information within project management system.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
3. Job requirements
Education and qualifications:
Education: University and master's degree, preferably in business, computer science, or a related field, including relevant qualifications in project management (a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years of previous experience in Project Management area.

- Leadership skills to be able to lead their team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
- Organizational skills to be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
- Time management to be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Risk management to be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
- Budget management to be able to manage project budgets and take decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Problem-solving to be able to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during the project.
- Adaptability to be able to adapt and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
- Teamwork to be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
- Technical expertise: A good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
- Very good computer literacy – MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio.
- AGILE knowledge or certification will be considered as an advantage.
- Analytical and innovative thinking.
- Excellent presentation skills.
