Performance Management Albania is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious

Project Assistant​

Mission:
Support the company with respect to project work in administrative and organisational requirements in order to build up and maintain long-term customer contacts


Main responsibilities:

§ Support of internal and external customers. This includes:
§ Correspondence and preparation of offers,
§ Answering telephones and responding to enquiries,
§ Coordination of appointments,
§ Preparation of advertisements and administration thereof
§ Creation of draft reports,
§ Preparation of presentations,
§ Email-administration



Skills required:

• University degree, commerce or business studies, social sciences
• Several previous experience in an assistance position is preferred
• Preferable experience in dealing with multinational organizations, teams and agendas, customer service
• Fluency in written and verbal English Language
• Excellent analytical abilities and writing skills
• Good communication skills (verbal & written), goal oriented (ability to meet deadlines)
• Strong typing skills and Computer (PC) literacy mandatory
• Attention to details
• Effective time management
• Energy and willingness
