The Product Specialist – Content Creation will support the Product Teams for our Wyn software product through content creation.
Working in conjunction with our Product Managers, the Product Specialist – Content Creation
will help create educational materials and other needed tasks that helps drive the products’ success.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

will help create educational materials and other needed tasks that helps drive the products’ success.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a mastery of the product
- Create high-quality technical content, including Help documentation, articles, samples, blog posts, or similar content as needed
- Create online samples demonstrating the functionality of products that also demonstrate product best practices
- Create other content for the community (Videos, Webinars, Training Plans, FAQs, and other web content)
- Reviewing and Editing Content
- Build Market Awareness
- Review competitor’s products and demos and publish competitor SWOT analysis for the Product Team
- Identify market trends and feedback and provide feature suggestions to product team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, Business Management or related technical discipline or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical writing, technical marketing, business analysis or equivalent experience.
- Experience/Knowledge of BI Industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, public speaking, communicating with a diverse audience)
- Native English language proficiency in written and oral communication.
- Excellent knowledge in standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical writing field
- Knowledge of UI Design/Color Use/Data Visualization is a plus
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and logically sound manner
- Able to intelligently prioritize projects
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word in particular), Adobe products, and graphics programs such as SnagIt
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical abilities (programming languages, business domain/workflow of the product, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge of working with development technology (HTML, JS, CSS, VS Code, Visual Studio, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess a high standard of ethical conduct
