Job profile
Title: Marketing Manager
Reporting to: General Director
Basic purpose: Supervising and managing the Marketing Department
Key tasks:
· Bearing responsibility for developing and implementing the company marketing and communication strategy
· Creating, implementing, and updating the marketing plan to ensure maximum penetration of all products and services of the company into the market
· Managing all aspects of the marketing function including the development of the product portfolio mix, new products launch, promotional campaigns, advertising and in-store communication and merchandizing
· Determining the demand for products and services offered by the company by carrying out regular marketing research and analysis
· Overseeing products development and monitoring trends that indicate the need for new products and services
· Contributing to the development of a clear brand strategy
· Development of customer segmentation policies
· Media, planning and budgeting
· Preparing and managing the budget for marketing and communications activities
· Working with external advertising agencies and supervising subcontractors (printing houses, designers, suppliers etc.)
· Maintaining contacts with the local electronic media and press
· Closely collaborating with the Sales Department, advising the sales representatives in view of contracting potential clients, promotions etc.
· Serving as internal liaison to the Board of Directors and top management
· Managing and supervising the marketing team
Candidate Profile
General Requirements:
· University degree in Marketing (Master will be an asset)
· Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position (in telecommunications would be an advantage)
· Practical experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies
· Excellent ability to execute campaigns across the marketing mix
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Strong communication and team working abilities
· Fluent English
· Excellent computer literacy
