“Albanian HR Solutions” is a New Company based on a group of experts in different areas of employment that offers Services in Human Resources.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Marketing Manager in a big company.
Role Title: Marketing Manager
Job Status/Type: Full Time Employee
Report to: CEO
Location: Tirana, Albania
Purpose of Role:
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company.
Duties and Responsibility:
• Develops, applies and supervises the approved marketing strategies.
• Plans market research and evaluates customer research through Program Customer
• Relationship Management (CRM) and other sources, and uses the appropriate findings for improvement in marketing strategies.
• Identification of specific market segments and development of communication strategies for each of the segments.
• Develops and manages marketing department budget and ensures the delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget and time.
• Manages media coverage, updates Company Web and other online applications related to the presence of our company in the marketing viewpoint.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in Retail &Wholesales Industry. Advertising agency is a plus.
Skills:
• Team building, strong leadership and management skills
• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
• Think creatively.
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative.
• Have a good business awareness.
Competencies:
• Strategic thinking, ability to identify a vision along with the plans which need to be implemented to meet the end goal.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
Languages:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
