Profesionisti Recruitment Agency part of Çelësi Media Group, on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Logistic Project Manager.
Summary of the position: The main purpose of this position is to achieve the project objectives and to ensure that project management plan aligns with overarching program plan and company strategy.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Develops relationships with external clients and organizations to assess their technology, support and logistics needs;
- Participating in the project meetings with related third parties for managing project processes;
- Establish client and sales goals and tracks progress and metrics;
- Assisting in definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Managing the relationship and communication with all third parties;
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks;
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation;
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Maintains relationships with technology, software, and security vendors
Skills
- Strong analytical skills including attention to details. Very good skills in developing and delivering presentations and demos;
- Very good negotiation, organizational, time management and leadership skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Responsible, Hard Worker, Cooperative, Result Oriented;
- At least 3 years work experience in similar positions.
- University Degree, preferred in Computer Science or Business Administration.
