[FONT=&quot]Staydna is looking for a self motivated Legal Assistant to ensure smooth running of one project and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. All candidates that have finished their studies in UK have a huge advantage for this position.[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Handle communication with clients, etc.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Prepare case briefs[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Locate and develop case relevant information[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Answer and direct phone calls[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Maintain contact lists[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars[/FONT]

Requirements[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Proven working experience as legal assistant or similar position for a minimum of 2 years.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Computer literacy[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Proficiency in English (do not bother to apply if your English is not excellent)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Working knowledge of case management software[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent secretarial and organisational skills[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure[/FONT]
