[FONT=&quot]Position Requirements [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Reporting to the Head of the Firm and the Plant Manager, the right incumbent :[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Will be [/FONT][FONT=&quot]responsible for the implementation and the maintenance of the firm’s Quality System that supports compliance with ISO/HACCP requirements.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Will supervise a group of three employees in the lab and the mixing plant.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Specifically, he/she :[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Sets up and implements the daily schedule for the mixer as company needs dictate in cooperation with the plant manager.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Acts as the Qualified Person for the disposition of a product for the Albanian territory, ensuring that the finished products are released according to posted requirements and certified in an appropriate manner prior to releasing.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Defines, reviews and, when necessary, participates in investigations or corrective & preventive actions of product complaints, failures, recalls, withdrawals and quality related problems. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Performs routine administrative tasks and handles ad hoc requested projects/responsibilities based on company needs.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Provides back-up support and contributes to business decisions, as a member of the Management Team[/FONT][FONT=&quot].[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Candidate Profile [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Professional integrity and attention to detail.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]University Degree in Chemistry.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food production industry as a lab analyst or lab supervisor.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in modern methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Fluent in spoken & written English.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of Greek and Italian will be appreciated.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]MS Office expert user. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent organizing & very good communication skills.[/FONT]
