Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, Headhunting, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position Key Account Manager.
Role Title: Key Account Manager
Report to: General Manager
Location: Tirana, Albania
Primary purpose of the role:
To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
Duties include:
- Visiting point sales area according to the daily route plan
- Daily monitoring the commercial performance of each client
- Able to prepare proposals for the promotion of existing products and increase sales in this group of customers
- Able to promote all company events
- Able to ensure effective communication between all functional areas in the account management process.
Requirements of the role:
- University degree
-Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
-Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
-General knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and procedures, Albanian Company Law, Labor Law, Albanian Law on Accounting
- Experienced in the use of MS Office.
Skills:
- Results oriented
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong appreciation of deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills to differing levels of hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
