Job Description


  • Reviewing and advising the Head of compliance on materials for all areas of the business
  • Conduct monitoring reviews as assigned to the individual and providing detailed reports in a timely manner
  • Ability to use good judgment and logic with diligence and organization skills
  • Perform administrative functions for assigned Compliance staff and management
  • Maintain office files and compile information for reports. Prepare materials for compliance reporting
  • Creating and updating Excel and Word documents
  • Review content for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in preparing for and responding to routine reviews/audits
  • Draft Documents and correspondence as directed
  • To provide compliance support to the business, through responding to queries
  • Performs routine compliance tasks concerning documentation, reporting
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, video conferences, and special events
  • Aid the Head of compliance monitor the Certification of the Firm's compliance manuals
  • Maintain quarterly and annual certifications for firm, and prepare spreadsheets for reporting purposes
  • Aid the Head of compliance maintain compliance databases
  • Organize and maintain all compliance related records and files. Support the Head of compliance to ensure all required records and compliance registers are maintained and in an accurate and timely manner
  • Perform research on compliance issues as they arise from internal and external inquiries and document research
  • Identifying and assessing risks arising in the business referring to prevailing regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Diarise compliance review files to include the required follow-ups of all items required by Head of compliance, Directors/ regulators for audit purposes
  • Schedule new employee training for all employees/consultants and continuing education programs for employees

Required skills:


  • Law degree
  • Very good Italian Speaking
  • Very good English Speaking
  • 1 year of experience in a corporate office environment
  • 1 year experience with basic knowledge of Compliance issues
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Good collaborator, self-starter, highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background and DBS check
  • Proficient word processing and computer skills. Experience (working knowledge) with various computer programs, including Microsoft suite specifically SharePoint
