Position Summary:

As a junior procurement specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining inventory efficiency. You will work closely with the procurement manager to enhance the supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time delivery of materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast supply needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth production and delivery schedules
• Assist in developing supply chain strategies that support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
