Communication Progress sh.p.k is currently in need of an experienced IT Business Analyst, who shall:
Elicit user requirements using interviews, business process descriptions, use cases, UML Diagrams and other appropriate tools.
Plan and conduct requirements analysis activities, documenting information such as business process flow, data field definitions and validation rules, business rules, roles and authorization levels, data mapping and validation.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Develop appropriate project documentation, including artifacts for project planning and scheduling, requirements, design, testing, implementation, standards, and status reports.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and show the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Serve as the conduit between the customers and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Collaborate with developers, QA testers and other stakeholders to deliver quality products
Ensure that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.
Be the liaison between technology teams and support teams.
Essential Skills
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or other related field
3+ years of business process and systems analysis experience with/within companies creating and enhancing software products or services
Good knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies and practices
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Albanian language)
Advanced relationship-building and group facilitation skills.
Ability to convey complex issues to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.
Ability to identify needs, initiate, organize, coordinate and manage projects.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and communicate with management on conflicts.
Proficient skills and experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
Readiness to travel to customer’s locations as needed.
Desirable Skills
Master degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
2+ years of demonstrated experience executing projects using an iterative, object-oriented, use-case driven approach (Unified Process strongly preferred). Experience with agile best-practices a big plus.
Understanding of banking products, services, and supporting business processes and technologies
Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed, to meet deadlines.
