Human Resources Manager

Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations in our company specializing in photovoltaic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training, and compliance with labor regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.​
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.​
  • Oversee employee performance management and implement strategies for continuous improvement.​
  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.​
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.​
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.​
  • Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and tax compliance.​
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the industry.​
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.​
  • Work closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.​
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.​
  • Provide reports and insights on HR metrics to senior management.​
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager as minimum 5 years in a similar HR leadership role.​
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, payroll processing, and best practices.​
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.​
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.​
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.​
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.​
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.​
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.​
