An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.
[FONT="]Key responsibilities will include: [/FONT]
- To be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of the Human Resources Department.
- To prepare, coordinate and update the Personnel Budget and Yearly Manpower Forecast.
- To control and maintain staffing levels and payroll systems according to budget and staffing guide.
- To oversee the Casino’s Recruitment and Selection Process.
- To play an active role in the recruitment of key positions
- To research and propose competitive compensation / benefits / incentive packages.
- To assist with the training of senior management personnel and specified courses.
- To assist in the training of employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
- To develop good relations with all official authorities related to Human Resources (labor offices, foreign offices, hotels, universities, etc.).
- To handle all staff complaints on behalf of Management following the chain of command.
- To oversee the Casino’s Welfare Programs.
- To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that correct standards and methods of work are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- To be responsible for the administration of employee benefits and salaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Human Resources Management), (Business Administration) or related fields.
·Master Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
·A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the field
·Excellent Skills in both written and spoken English
