  • [FONT=&quot]Assist the users in solving core banking software related problems.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Diagnose, test, simulate and resolve software issues.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Stay current with system information, changes and updates.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Perform other duties given by superiors[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]Profile Requirements[/FONT]

·[FONT=&quot]A Bachelor University diploma in any Computer Science related field. [/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Very good command of written and spoken English[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Excellent communication skills[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Good analytical and problem-solving skills[/FONT]
