Art and Tourism Development Group looking for a:

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and create branding, sales and marketing, this could include brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands, logos etc.;
• Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values;
• Collaborate with team members to launch designs;
• Assist in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and info-graphics;
• Use feedback from leaders to improve work;
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art;
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval;
• Liaise with marketing department to ensure deadlines are met;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools;

Requirements (Key Skills)

• Degree in graphic design;
• Good working knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends;
• Creative flair and a good eye for detail;
• Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (Photoshop, CorelDRAW);
• Familiarity with design techniques;
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts);
• Excellent communication ability;
• Teamwork skills;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude;

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas;
• Flexibility;
