EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, which operates in fleet management solution, leasing and rental in automotive industry, is currently recruiting a Fleet Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

• To introduce and sell operational lease product to new and existing customers in framework of company targets and objectives;
• Maintaining & monitoring existing fleet of operational lease according client requests and requirements as regular maintenance coordination, insurance and damage handling, replacement cars, mileage etc;
• Identify and resolve customer claims / requests over time;
• Reselling procedure of return vehicles according internal procedure;
• Key account for international clients reporting and requests to headquarter;
• To achieve the monthly targets set by the company, working closely with dealer network;
• Support to introduce and sell financial lease product.

Requirements for this position are:

• University Degree (Economics, Finance preferred);
• Previous work experience (in Sale/Fleet Management/B2B Operational Lease) in automotive market or rent a car business; (MUST)
• Comprehensive knowledge of working in the banking and finance system, including the recognition of credit risk, regulations and policies and procedures;
• Very good English;
• Very good teamwork, organizational skills, and work of/independent when performing the task;
• Advanced knowledge of credit on the product and on the lending policies and procedures and legislation related.
