About the Role
F&D Partners is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our energy procurement and advisory operations through detailed financial evaluations, data interpretation, and market trend analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical instincts, a passion for understanding economic drivers, and the ability to transform data into strategic insight.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client billing data, energy usage, and supplier pricing structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market and economic research to track changes in supply, demand, and pricing across energy markets.
• Prepare financial reports, comparative analyses, and forecasting models that support procurement and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate regional and national energy trends to anticipate price fluctuations and business impacts.
• Collaborate with departments such as Bill Auditing, Market Research, and Procurement to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of economics, including how supply, demand, and market dynamics affect pricing and strategy
• Excellent analytical, logical, and quantitative reasoning skills, with very strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional research and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and structured reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Salary: 60,000-90,000ALL (based on experience)
