Digital Social Media Specialist

Purpose of Position

Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.

Main Task
  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. social media posts, website content, blogs, press releases, e-mail, newsletters, research papers and podcasts)
  • Plan, develop and execute end-to-end digital programs and campaigns including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media and mobile
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Product development and PR teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Leading ongoing management of digital touch points including social network accounts, website and mobile site and applications.
  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Owning, maintaining and reporting site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting (ROI and KPI’s)
  • Suggest and implement new digital marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers, offline and via social media to create a strong network
  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' actions

Skills

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
  • A minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs are a must
  • Google AdWords’ and Analytics Certifications are optional
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Excellent eye for details
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive attitude
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent Albanian and English skills, both written and oral
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Frame maker, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS are optional


Experience

  • Minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing;

Education

  • University Degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication;
