CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER​

Our client, international group, which recently started implementing its ambitious investment plans in Albania,announces the Corporate Finance Manager vacancy.
As the Corporate Finance Manager you will report to CFO/ VP and:
  • Be responsible for performing corporate financial analysis and research relating to Albania subsidiary capital structure, cost of capital and other financial targets
  • Manage cash-flow cycle, debt repayment, financing needs and FX exposure
  • Manage covenant compliance relating to borrowing, leasing agreements and subsidiary debt limits
  • Plan and review cash-flow planning
Required Experience
  • 5+years experience preferably in large-scale, complex, multi-location, or banking / consulting / accounting environment.
  • Experience in successfully modeling and presenting business case/risk and opportunity analysis and providing business / financial due diligence
Required Skills
  • Expert financial modeling skills and analytical thinking
  • Project management, administration, and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain a positive attitude and a high level of discretion
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with demonstrated ability working with executives, board of directors and outside constituents including lenders and group research analysts.
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Highly proficient in Excel, while SAP knowledge or Hyperion is considered an advantage
  • Very adept at cost accounting and cost benefit analysis
  • Proficiency in English
  • CPA or MBA highly desirable.
