Job Summary: The Legal Coordinator German Speaking will be responsible for the overall administration of various daily tasks and the achievement of performance objectives as set by the company. Furthermore, he/she is expected to proactively promote service quality for staff members and customers, increasing the level of quality where possible.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing delegated tasks
- Performing all duties of administrative duties, and ensuring the daily operations are well-executed.
- Immediately handling correspondence professionally.
- Adhere to accurate and comprehensive management and file maintenance practices in accordance with company rules and procedures, respecting the defined workflow.
- Use of the company's lawsuit management software, reporting all errors and questions immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Provide all required reports from clients and management, accurately and quickly.
- Registration and maintenance of working time in accordance with company rules.
- Achieve defined productivity objectives by reporting on/below capacity to the line manager.
- Working as part of a team, collaborating, without absconding individual recommitment to promoting Oracle's 'ways of working'.
- Having a "can do it" approach to problem solving at any time.
- Be prepared to adapt and respond to different business needs.
- Ensure that the office environment is always kept clean and tidy.
- Follow the internal methods, rules and procedures set out by the office manual.
- Performing any other ad hoc tasks as required by directors, HR (Human Resources) and/or Head of Operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High proficiency in German speech and writing.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and understand the importance of deadlines.
- Ability to work clearly and safely.
- Ability to be very organized, productive and flexible.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to create positive, collaborative, and professional relationships, both inside and outside the firm.
- Demonstrate initiative, skills and ability to work without supervision.
- Self-awareness and commitment to accepting feedback in the function of learning and development as a professional.
