-Key Responsibilities



  1. [FONT=&quot]Answers politely and correctly to the customer’s demands thru inbound calls on Telekom Albania Network, services, procedures and tariffs.[/FONT]
  2. [FONT=&quot]Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as: billing, retention, marketing, satisfactions and on Telekom Albania Network and Telekom Albania services, procedures and tariffs.[/FONT]
  3. [FONT=&quot]Answers politely and correctly to the T.Shops demands arrived thru inbound calls and SR on Telekom Albania Network, services, procedures and tariffs.[/FONT]
  4. [FONT=&quot]Identify, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Center procedures and Telekom Albania policies.[/FONT]
  5. [FONT=&quot]Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration.[/FONT]
  6. [FONT=&quot]Activation/ deactivation of customer service thru E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Center procedures.[/FONT]
  7. [FONT=&quot]Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems thru SR.[/FONT]
  8. [FONT=&quot]Interact with technical division thru SR for solving customer’s technical problems.[/FONT]
  9. [FONT=&quot]Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Telekom Albania Shops & customers.[/FONT]
  10. [FONT=&quot]Daily categorizing of answered calls reasons.[/FONT]
  11. [FONT=&quot]Other duties as per job responsibilities.[/FONT]


Job Requirements

Education

  • [FONT=&quot]High school Diploma[/FONT]

Experience

  • [FONT=&quot]Previous experience in Call Center area is preferable.[/FONT]

Competencies / soft skills

  • [FONT=&quot]Very Good Communication & Negotiation Skills & Team Spirit,[/FONT]

PC Skills

  • [FONT=&quot]Confidentiality, Basic Computer Programs knowledge.[/FONT]
