Tasks
  • To carry out his/her duties within the parameters of: BKT’s, rules, regulations, authorized limits and ethical standards, market ethics
  • To provide, in cooperation with the other senior colleagues, timely, complete and accurate responses to international correspondent financial institutions and non-correspondent ones.
  • To assist the respective superiors in preparing different reports such as Memo-s on the meetings or Credit Limits and Non-Cash Trade Finance Limit proposals for correspondent banks and other counter parties.
  • To assist the respective superiors in conducting briefings and preparing comprehensive reports, proposals and discussions derived from business meetings and everyday experience.
  • To forward S.W.I.F.T. messages and other sources with important information to particular departments such as the Central Operations Department and Treasury Operations.
  • To support colleague / superiors for carrying out payment investigations issues coming up from all the domestic expansion network and provide immediate response to the respective branches.
  • To maintain departmental records and files.
  • To provide correspondent banks and counter parties with bank’s legal documents, AML& KYC and other questionnaires upon requirement.
  • To provide administrative support in the preparation and distribution of the bank’s Annual Report year by year.
  • To enter bank’s information and update existing one in secure international advertising website-s and Bankers Almanac.
  • To complete other duties as assigned.
  • To increase the working knowledge by reading different materials.
Requirements
  • A university degree in finance / banking / business / international trade or any other relevant field, preferably M.A / M.B.A degree.
  • Excellent command of English. (Must)
  • Excellent command of PC.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good presentation skills
