Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Advertising Agency Business Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, implementing and monitoring the business strategies by ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibility:
• Co- creating the agency’s new business strategy for the upcoming year and presenting this to the CEO for approval;
• Translating agency objectives and targets into annual plans with the agency unit manager;
• Provide leadership and direction to the advertising agency team; Oversee all aspects of the digital marketing unit;
• Focused on the personal and professional development of their team;
• Have to be well versed in the agency’s services and able to present these to prospective clients;
• Confident in assessing a client brief to determine a match between the client objectives and the agency’s capability to deliver on the brief;
• Work collaboratively with the sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities;
• Monitor costs and budgets;
• Develop high-level strategic relationships with key stakeholders;
• Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the advertising landscape and competitive activity;
• Effective recruiting, hiring, training, and development of direct reports;
• Collaborates with HR department to ensure an efficient training process for the selected candidates;
• Manages the performance evaluation process of his/her team members ensuring a fair and objective evaluation;
• Manages the "turnover" of employees and ensuring a satisfactory level according to company expectation;
• Other Duties as Assigned;

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Digital marketing management experience is highly preferred. At least 3+ of experience in business development and in leadership positions;
Skills:
• Good strategic thinkers, with the ability to undertake strategic planning;
• Strong influencing ability and ability to inspire and motivate staff;
• Ability to make oral presentations, team building skills, and excellent customer service orientation;
• Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships;
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines;
• Very good in sales. Passion for success;
• Require high level of integrity and confidentiality;
