Job requirements:
Ü University studies in the related fields of e.g. Economics, Law, Psychology, Management, Human Resources.
Ü Working experience at least 3 years in the field of HR – especially in the staff training, recruitment, profiling and performance management.
Ü Knowledge on local Labour Law.
Ü Capability to develop concepts.
Ü Capability in the field of controlling of the quality of processes.
Ü Good knowledge of English.
Ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, social competence.
Ü Good organisational capabilities.
Ü Experience in organisational change processes.
Ü Experience in project management; and/or leading projects.
Preferable:
Ü Inside knowledge of the SOS organization and being acquainted with the peculiarities of Human Resources Development in SOS.
Ü Good computer literacy: MS Office.
Ü Good net worker.
