Sada Platt Group’s Albanian Division is hiring a dynamic UX/UI Designer to join our Brand & Launch team in Tirana.
This role is instrumental in developing user-friendly websites and mobile applications for high-growth startups in e-commerce, finance, and construction. As part of our team, you'll optimise existing websites and contribute significantly to crafting brand identities from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop website and mobile application architecture using user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ensure user-friendly functionality and implement customer experience strategies for web platforms and mobile applications.
• Analyse user feedback to optimize experiences, proactively resolve user pain points with in-house developers, and identify areas for potential improvement.
• Communicate processes, ideas, and solutions to collaborators.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in collaboration with in-house designers.
• Work effectively with the software development team to support, clarify, and troubleshoot design concepts.
• Participate in the interaction design process from concept to ongoing enhancement.
• Identify and address design, usability, and accessibility issues during the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform the design process.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing using industry-standard design tools.
• Apply Design Thinking methods, including user research techniques, persona modelling, customer journey mapping, scenario storyboarding, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing.
• Utilise advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Possess good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Qualifications

• Fluency using Figma, and Adobe Cloud
• 2+ years of experience of UI or Graphic design experience
• 2+ years of experience as a UX designer using UX design best practices
• A thorough understanding of user-centred design and design thinking
• Experience integrating data into design strategies
• Ability to develop user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes
• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
• Portfolio Required For Applications
