We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and willing to learn to fill in the position of Coordinator.
Coordinators ensure to oversee the leasing of a rental property to a qualified tenant by responding to leasing inquiries through email, phone, and text;
pre-screening tenants to ascertain qualifications; and scheduling showings for potential tenants.
Coordinators are also responsible for scheduling a hundred plus showings a day.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts in a timely, professional manner,
  • Schedule meetings for Leasing Agents.
  • Assist customers with maintenance services.
  • Provide information for prospective tenants.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week.
  • Must be able to type 50 wpm.
