Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business functions;
- Deliver high-volume recruitment projects while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely hiring;
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment consultancy;
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates;
- Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the achievement of recruitment targets and continuous development;
- Design and execute employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer value proposition;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs;
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and recommend process improvements based on data;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners;
- Support budget planning and ensure the efficient use of recruitment resources.
Requirements for this position are:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience leading recruitment projects and managing recruitment teams;
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
- Very good English;
- Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational abilities;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment metrics and reporting;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
