Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with technical and financial inquiries via chat support
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to client requests

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a support, operations, or similar role
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure
• Tech-savvy with understanding of web technologies
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
